Being grateful for the year just gone, does not only make you feel good. But most importantly it is also a way to enhance your overall intuition, spirituality and your relationships.
Practicing gratitude is the best way to create a state of inner peace and calm for yourself.
Let me give you an example to convey to you what I mean by that:
We all find ourselves sometimes in situations where we are upset, frustrated or even angry with someone else or a particular situation. If we dwell in this state of anger and frustration we are creating an emotional loop. And trust me, it takes a lot of positive energy and determination to escape this negative emotional spiral.
So, why not, catch yourself in the moment of going down that negative road and start saying gratitude. It is not necessary to find major events to be grateful for. It is enough to thank the Universe for
+ waking up that morning,
+ having a roof over your head or
+ the food you are able to have for breakfast.
You get the picture. The importance lies in finding something to be grateful for.
And you will find that the moment you start saying gratitude, is also the moment where your emotional state starts to shift.
The anger and frustration is slowly subsiding and you feel inner peace, love and gratitude creep up deep inside you.
So, why not farewell the Old Year 2024 with a list of things to be grateful for to set yourself up for a peaceful start of the New Year 2025?
Grab a piece of paper now and jot down some things to be grateful for and put that handwritten sheet of paper under your pillow to sleep on it tonight:
"Out with the old and in with the new!"
Now you are ready to let the magic of 2025 unfold!
